Summary

As an Intern, Instiglio will offer you the opportunity to engage with a results-oriented environment, experience first-hand the fundamentals of a growing global business, and contribute to the momentum of the results movement in international development.

You will join a fast-growing team in a dynamic and innovative environment. Working in a start-up with a stable and strong financial pipeline, Instiglio operations constantly shifts between developing systems and processes to accommodate organisational growth and executing the nuts and bolts to keep the organisation running smoothly. As an Intern, you will:

  • Support the execution of key administrative and financial processes for our Africa Offices.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Aid in the preparation of the required operational reports.
  • Assist in any tasks assigned to you by either the People Team or the Finance Team.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas.

Knowledge in software: Proficiency in all Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)/ Google Suite applications (Slides, Sheets, Docs and Drive).

Language skills: Full written and oral working proficiency in English (B1).

Skills:

  • Teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong execution and process management with attention to detail skills
  • Strong structured thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably and communicate effectively in a multinational, culturally diverse, and virtual environment.

  • A team player attitude and enthusiasm for relational work with both internal and external clients.
