Role Purpose

Investigate cases and manage personnel/resource deployment to ensure operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations — gather evidence, interview witnesses/suspects, report findings.
• Ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
• Plan deployments of personnel, resources, and equipment.
• Assess readiness and manage risk.
• Liaise with police, legal teams, and field units.
• Report on investigations, deployments, and operational trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Management, or related field.
• 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong people skills, risk awareness, and hands-on operational ability.
