We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality establishment and possess strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience, team coordination, and service delivery.
The role requires hands-on leadership in coordinating departments, monitoring operational standards, resolving guest concerns, supporting revenue goals, supervising teams, and ensuring the property runs efficiently while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
