Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client in the chemical construction industry, is seeking an experienced Operations & Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Gross Salary:

• KES 350,000

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Operations
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management position
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Strong understanding of construction chemicals, paints, coatings, adhesives, cementitious products, or related industries
