Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous experience supervising production teams is required
• Experience in corrugated packaging, carton manufacturing, paper converting, printing, or a related packaging environment is highly preferred
• Good understanding of production planning, machine utilisation, quality control, and material management
