Operations Support Officer

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze daily, weekly & monthly operations reports
  • Track KPIs & SLAs, identify gaps, and flag risks
  • Follow up on action items, emails, and operational commitments
  • Support timely execution and task closure across teams

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Good understanding of operations metrics & internal controls
