Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations: receiving, sorting, grading and packing
• Manage staff shifts, productivity, discipline and on-the-job training
• Ensure produce handling meets hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with QA, logistics and farm teams to meet dispatch schedules
• Monitor equipment, packaging materials and stock levels

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in agriculture, horticulture, operations or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing packhouse or production floor operations
• Strong people management and organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight export deadlines
• Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed
