Job Description

Welcome to New Agrodeal Kenya Limited, the leading grower and exporter of the most top-notch quality and organic herbs, vegetable, and flowers in Naivasha, Kenya. Our company was founded in 2015 and is committed to growing the best quality herbs to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Packhouse QA Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality control, grading and inspection across the packhouse floor
  • Ensure compliance with GlobalG.A.P., HACCP and export market standards
  • Lead internal audits and prepare the site for certification audits
  • Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints
  • Train and supervise QA/QC staff on standards and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ QA experience in a packhouse or export horticulture setting
  • Working knowledge of GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, BRC or similar standards
  • Meticulous record-keeping and strong attention to detail
  • Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed
