Job Description

We are a marketing agency. We aim to help grow your business through intentional marketing efforts tailor-made for your business and brand needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital channels, including DSP/programmatic advertising, display ads, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize ad placements, and maximise ROI.
  • Negotiate and secure the most effective ad placements and competitive rates with publishers and ad exchanges.
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Create visually appealing and informative data visualisations using Google Looker Studio and Google Slides to effectively communicate campaign performance and insights.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, clearly articulating campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored paid media strategies.

We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSP/programmatic advertising, and display ads.
  • Proficiency in using major DSP platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk) and ad servers.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including real-time bidding, header bidding, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with various ad formats, including banners, native ads, video ads, and social media ads.
  • Proficiency in using Google Looker Studio, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a continuous drive to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Preferred: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
