Job Description

The Encore Hotel is located in Nakuru City, approximately 160 km from Nairobi, 1.5 km from Nakuru CBD, and 200 metres from the NairobiNakuru Highway along ThingiraWairegi Road. The hotel enjoys a unique location between Lake Nakuru National Park and the Menengai Caldera.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant pastry experience, preferably in a luxury or five-star hotel.
  • Relevant qualification in Pastry, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong expertise in pastry production, dessert development, and food safety.
