The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional product quality, ensuring food safety compliance, managing pastry kitchen operations, and mentoring junior team members while contributing to the continued success of the business.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable bakery, café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty dessert establishment.
• Strong expertise in pastry production, artisan baking, chocolate work, cake decoration, and dessert presentation.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards (certification is an added advantage).
