Key Responsibilities:

• Timely processing and payment of supplier invoices and project-related expenses.
• Ensuring timely filing and payment of statutory deductions i.e PAYE, NHIF, NSSF and Housing Levy.
• Ensuring timely filing and payment of taxes i.e VAT, Withholding Tax and Withholding VAT.
• Handling utility payments in a timely manner.
• Generating invoices.
• Generating payout statements and invoices for homeowners.

Qualifications:

• Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other related Field with CPA or ACCA qualification.
• Must have 3 years and above working experience.
• Must be Proficient in Quickbooks & Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
