Job Description

At TakaTaka Solutions, We collect your waste like every other waste collector, but, instead of taking it to a landfill, we take it to our own sites, where we sort the waste, and then recycle 95% either ourselves or through our local partners. This represents one of the highest recycling rates in the world.

Pellet Sales Support

Purpose of the Role

  • Plastic sales will be responsible for building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of our existing and new clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, or any other Business related field.

Skills and Competencies:

  •  Transport and Logistics Processes – Understanding truck hiring, delivery planning, and route optimization.
  •  Professional Client Communication – Knowing how to communicate eectively and maintain client relationships
  • Time Management Techniques – Awareness of strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  •  Pellet Product Specifications – Familiarity with the quality, applications, and benefits of the pellets.
  •  Basic Sales Processes – Understanding customer needs, retention strategies, and sales fundamentals.
  • Problem-Solving Frameworks – Knowledge of approaches to resolve logistical or client-related challenges..
  •  Team Dynamics – Awareness of workflows and collaboration within sales and logistics teams.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting – Understanding how to maintain accurate delivery records and prepare reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate transport for pellet deliveries to clients.
  • Check that the right material with the right quality is loaded.
  • Track and follow up on the delivery of materials and samples.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and client communications.
  • Support the senior sales team by preparing required documentation.
  • Occasionally accompany senior salespeople on client visits
