Job Description

Frank Management Consult Ltd is an international management consulting agency. We work with major companies, raising their performance, driving their strategies and enhancing their productivity.

Reports to: HR & Admin Manager

Job Brief:

Assists the assigned Executive with a variety of day-to-day tasks in order to enable the Executive commit sufficient time to more demanding responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Executive’s schedule to ensure that all engagements are efficiently aligned.
  • Handles inquiries and delivers messages on behalf of the Executive to facilitate effective communication between the Executive and all stakeholders.
  • Organizes the Executive’s meetings to ensure that all logistical requirements are sufficiently addressed.
  • Drafts, reviews and circulates letters, memos and emails on behalf of the Executive to ensure that every communication is precise but comprehensive.
  • Prioritizes the contents of the Executive’s in tray to ensure that all urgent and important tasks are executed in time.
  • Maintains an effective filing system to ensure that all documents can be conveniently retrieved within the shortest time possible.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for staff to ensure that the most cost-effective and convenient options are selected in line with the Company policy.
  • Liaises with the relevant Government agencies and expeditiously sorts out any emerging issues

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Public Relations, Customer Care or a related field.
  • Certificate in Computer Studies.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of laws pertaining to corporate entities.
  • Able to competently sort out all issues with statutory bodies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Attention to finer details.
  • Ability to follow tasks through.
  • Ability to identify and anticipate the Executive’s needs.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
  • Must be of high integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability and willingness to work beyond conventional office hours
