Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Technologist at Dimples Pharmacy Ltd located at Roysambu in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Pharmaceutical Technologist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as compounding medicines, communicating with patients and healthcare professionals, dispensing prescriptions, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya.
• Strong knowledge and experience in compounding and pharmacy operations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
• Deep understanding of medications and ability to accurately interpret prescriptions
• Proficient in handling and dispensing medicine
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Experience with pharmacy software and technology
• Other relevant certifications and licenses will be an added advantage.
• Experience in inventory management and regulatory compliance is a plus
