Key Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and managing stock levels across multiple branches.
• Forecasting demand and optimizing stock ordering.
• Conducting stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinating product distribution between branches.
• Maintaining inventory records and preparing reports.
• Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and SOPs.
• Supporting branch teams on stock handling and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Health & Pharmacy or a related course.
• Valid registration and license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical stock/inventory management.
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
