EcoBana is a social enterprise and a youth led company who work together with women, refugee outreach and young entrepreneurs based in different counties to produce biodegradable eco-friendly and hygienic sanitary towels made from banana fibers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a Diploma or Bachelors degree in either Manufacturing engineering, Industrial engineering, Industrial management, Business administration, Project management, Operations management or a related discipline.
• Has an experience with automated production systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing industry.
