Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site position for a Point of Contact (POC) role located in Nairobi, Kenya. The POC will act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and the company, ensuring efficient communication and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include managing client inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project teams. The role also involves ensuring timely updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
