We are looking for a Power BI Developer who can work closely with business users to deliver logical data models and reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users to interpret the data needs of the business and translate those to logical and physical data models and reports
• Demonstrate understanding of business requirements & business concepts
• Connect to data sources, import data and transform data
• Perform data discovery tasks to model and build data warehouses and data marts
• Understand good design strategies for dashboards using data visualization tools to display KPIs
• Build and execute database queries upon request for data
• Tune performance in queries to ensure timely rendering of dashboards and reports
• Understand data modeling and normalization versus denormalization
• Understand Star Schema design with dimensions, facts and snowflakes
• Understand database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills of BI reporting with cloud integration
• Multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
• Demonstrate analytical mindset with aptitude to problem solve
• 1+years of hands-on experience working with SQL Server including SSIS, Stored Procedures
• 1+years of hands-on experience working with Power BI
