What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of talented QA engineers
• Design and implement testing strategies that ensure software quality, usability, and performance
• Champion test automation and integrate QA into our CI/CD pipelines
• Measure and report on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and operations to ensure excellence from ideation to deployment
• Stay ahead of the curve with emerging QA tools, technologies, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years leading QA teams in fast-paced Agile environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
• Strong technical proficiency in tools like Selenium, Appium, and programming in Python or Java
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management systems
