Key Roles:

• Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
• Support receiving, inspection, and reconciliation of delivered goods against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluations and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Roles:

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supplies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Membership with KISM or other relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, stores, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, supplier coordination, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
