Job Description

Jawabu Interiors is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Yvonne Mutisya as the sole Director; supported by Architects, Quantity Surveyors, a Project Manager, Finance Manager, Business Development Manager, an Office Administrator, Lead Technician, Site Managers, Fleet Manager and an Accountant.

Summary

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services.
  • Support the procurement team in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
  • Help maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions and processing purchase orders.
  • Aid in inventory management and tracking of procurement metrics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing procurement reports.
