Job Summary

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, supplier negotiations, cost control, and compliance with procurement policies, including coordination of offshore and international sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services in line with approved procurement policies
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations to achieve value for money
• Coordinate offshore and international procurement, including import and logistics processes
• Support manufacturing and operational teams through timely sourcing of materials
• Monitor procurement costs and contribute to cost control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with procurement controls, ethical standards, and internal procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in procurement
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Proven experience in offshore procurement and international sourcing
• Professional certification (CIPS or KISM) is an added advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
