On behalf of our partner Stean’s Beans coffee roastery, we are looking for a procurement and stores officer.

Stean’s Beans is a specialty coffee roastery in Nairobi, with its parent company based in the Netherlands. It is co-located with BBROOD bakery and the two companies are closely working together.

The procurement and stores officer is responsible for managing the store and inventory of the company. This includes procurement of raw materials, receiving and issuing, managing stock levels and minimizing/preventing wastage. The job purpose is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the procurement and store department are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in stores/inventory role in food retail or hospitality industry.
• Diploma in supply chain management or other relevant qualification.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
