Production Manager (Tissues)

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and industrial automation is preferred.
  • 10-15 years’ manufacturing experience, including at least five years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in tissue, paper, FMCG or automated manufacturing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE, quality control, production planning and maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage production operations, automated converting machines, packing systems and folder lines to achieve quality, safety and output targets.
  • Lead the production team and drive equipment efficiency, preventive maintenance, waste reduction and continuous improvement.
