Responsibilities

• Develop new food and beverage products from concept to final production
• Improve existing formulations, taste, texture and shelf life
• Conduct product trials and scaling from kitchen to factory production
• Supervise daily production activities and factory staff
• Ensure quality consistency during production
• Monitor pH, Brix, water activity and basic quality parameters
• Work with ingredients, flavours, preservatives and packaging materials
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and production standards
• Assist in documentation and basic compliance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
• Experience in food manufacturing or product development is an added advantage
• Hands-on and creative mindset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good understanding of food processing and production operations
• Knowledge in beverages, sauces, snacks or bakery products is an added advantage
• Must be organized, disciplined and willing to learn
