Job Description

The Kenya National Innovation Agency (KeNIA) is a State Corporation established under the Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Act, No. 28 of 2013 under the Ministry of Education.

Project Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the project team in all aspects of the project including but not limited to reviewing, planning, reporting, communicating,  and logistical support during all project activities.

Person Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Accounts, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in project administration or coordination, accounting or financ
