This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Professional Training Consultant, located in Mombasa County, Kenya. The consultant will be responsible for delivering training programs, designing tailored instructional content, conducting workshops, and providing consulting services to fulfill clients’ project management development needs. The role requires regular interaction with clients to assess training requirements and evaluate program success.
Qualifications

• Training and Instructional Design skills with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training.
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and adapt to various audiences.
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Development, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
• Proven organizational and collaborative skills for managing training programs and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with PMP certification or equivalent as an advantage.
