Project Manager

Our client in the Industrial Manufacturing and Packaging Technology industry is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to manage aftersales projects, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

We encourage you to apply if you:

  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead aftersales projects, including audits, overhauls, maintenance contracts and other customer interventions.
  • Coordinate customer requirements, internal resources, technical activities and project timelines.
  • Proactively follow up on quotations, orders, receivables and project deliverables.
  • Provide customers with technical advice and recommend appropriate aftersales solutions.
  • Monitor project budgets, profitability, timelines, customer satisfaction and overall project performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • University Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and experience handling complex projects.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and client management skills.
  • NOTE: This role involves regular travel both domestic and foreign and requires a valid passport and driver’s licence.
