Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide sales team to deliver on sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily performance, routes, and trade activities through field visits and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth and address gaps.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and support the team for improved productivity and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and proper use of trade tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing field sales teams in FMCG or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and sales tracking systems.
• Experience using sales software is added advantage.
