About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the organization, driving collaboration between business and technology teams to deliver impactful results. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing complex projects, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful execution in an Agile environment.
• As a key member of the Vensure Innovation team, you will oversee project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior leadership. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and continuous improvement while helping teams adopt best practices in project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Partner with project sponsors, business leaders, and stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide and coach project teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Monitor project progress and proactively remove obstacles to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and senior leadership, providing status updates, risk assessments, and escalation support.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve project management efficiency and team productivity.
• Collaborate across departments to drive consensus and support organizational change initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional corporate experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing projects in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and project delivery.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, or technology-driven initiatives.
