QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Registration with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property valuation and land acquisition processes.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws, property markets, and title deed processing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
• High integrity and commitment to the mission and values of The Salvation Army.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct professional valuation of properties owned or to be acquired by The Salvation Army Kenya East Territory.
• Facilitate the acquisition and processing of land/plot title deeds.
• Provide expert advice on property investment, management, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare valuation reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with government offices, legal entities, and other relevant institutions to ensure smooth property transactions.
