Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration,
• or related field.
• 3-4 years’ experience in property management within either commercial or
• residential properties.
• Strong knowledge of lease management and tenant relations.
• Understanding of property laws and compliance requirements.
• Must be a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK).
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
