Summary

We seek a dynamic and results-driven property sales lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, excels in interpersonal communication, and has a proven track record in sales. As a property sales lead, you will drive our company’s success by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, generate, and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
  • Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.
  • Marketing & Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including online and offline campaigns.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Proven 2- 3 years of experience in property sales or a similar role.
  • Diploma or degree in real estate, sales & marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
