Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all operations that affect quality, ensuring reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Review current standards and policies, ensuring all legal standards are met
• Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection till final acceptance of the piping systems.
• Interprets welding procedure specifications and gives instructions to supervisors and QC inspectors.
• Responsible for ensuring that welding inspections are done and recommended repair procedures for same done where necessary.
• Interprets quality control plans/Inspection test plans and gives instructions to the production team and QC inspectors at various inspection stages.
• Responsible for ensuring that relevant inspections of piping are done and all documentation completed.
• Supervises Non-destructive testing (NDT).

Requirements

Qualifications : BSc Engineering / B. Tech/Higher Dip. (Engineering)

Work Experience : 7 Years

Preferred Industry Experience : Manufacturing Industry / Steel Industry
