Job Description

Tatu is a project of Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer with over 30,000 acres of visionary projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo. Real Estate Advisor- Residential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Real Estate Advisor’s role is to identify new sales leads, schedule site visits, and participate in fairs, presentations & exhibitions to promote the sales revenues for the residential developments at Tatu City, Oaklands and Zuri Springs. The role also entails assisting the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in executing objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales earnings of the residential developments at Tatu City, Oaklands and Zuri Springs.

REQUIREMENTS

Hard skills and experience:

  • Liaising with buyers and providing them with details of all Tatu City, Oaklands and Zuri Springs products, inter alia price, size and location.
  • Prospecting, originating and closing sales at Tatu city, Oaklands and Zuri Springs.
  • Building a good knowledge of the property market both at the local and international levels and providing clients with required information to influence purchase decisions.
  • Assisting the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in planning and coordinating open days or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
  • Developing well-established links with agencies and brokerage firms to assist in the sales process and drive.
  • Performing administrative duties and attending seminars/ trade show exhibitions to receive information relevant to the market as required and generate sales,
  • Assisting the Head of Sales and the Deputy Head of Sales in hosting client presentations where required in view of increasing the Tatu City, Oaklands and Zuri Springs client database.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients as well as understanding their property needs.
  • Collating market data and intelligence on all Rendeavour’s key markets in Kenya and provide quarterly report on trends.
  • Make use of CRM (Salesforce) to record ALL sales activities.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Sales and or the Deputy Head of Sales.

Skills and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies in a recognized institution
  • Wide and productive network in the Kenyan business circles.
  • Over 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing of real estate, banking or insurance products or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matter.
