Job Description

The Pam Golding Properties Kenya office opened for trading in January 2012 with the Head Office at Fortis Tower in Westlands, Nairobi; with a second office opening at The Hub, Karen in February 2016.

Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients/buyers, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria and budget. You will then negotiate rent/purchase price and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities

  • Stage and show living spaces
  • Advertise and market living spaces
  • Finds and reaches out to new prospects
  • Discover clients’ criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
  • Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work purely on commission
  • Must have a personal car
