Our flagship project, Gazebo Apartments, offers spacious 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom units with DSQ, thoughtfully designed to elevate urban living. Located at 3rd Parklands avenue adjacent to Kusi Lane.

Real Estate Sale Executive

Gazebo Homes Ltd is a premier real estate developer in Nairobi, specializing in modern, eco-friendly luxury apartments like the flagship Gazebo Apartments. We are redefining urban living through smart technology, award-winning architecture, and a commitment to quality. We are currently seeking motivated professionals to join our dynamic sales team.

We are looking for results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to manage high-level client relationships and facilitate property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure relationships with potential property buyers, including high-net-worth individuals and diaspora clients.
  • Provide expert advice on real estate trends, pricing, and the suitability of various residential units.
  • Lead property walk-throughs and site visits for 2-5 bedroom luxury units.
  • Proactively prospect new clients through cold-calling, networking, and digital lead follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our residential developments.
  • Represent Gazebo Homes at real estate expos, activations, and corporate events.

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluency in English & Swahili is required for specific roles to support our diverse client base.
  • Experience: Proven track record in property sales with deep knowledge of the Nairobi real estate market.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities; familiarity with CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or high-value customer service.
  • Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced on-site environment.
