Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary 

Our client, a leading real estate company, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join their team. This role is pivotal in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring seamless coordination with clients throughout the property buying process. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate, excellent customer service skills, and the motivation to exceed sales targets and earn commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell residential homes, plots, and land to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, social media, and field outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, property tours, and follow-up meetings with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate and close property sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements, documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams for successful transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as open days, property expos, and digital campaigns.
  • Provide after-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diploma in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
