Real Estate Sales Executive (High-End Property Sales)

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is 100% commission-based, allowing for unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of acquiring, photographing, and selling high-end properties, along with a passion for luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Acquisition: Identify and acquire high-end properties for sale, building a strong portfolio of listings.
  • Photography: Take professional-quality photographs of properties to showcase their features effectively.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Conduct property showings, negotiate sales terms, and close deals while providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms to market listings, engage with potential clients, and build a personal brand within the real estate community.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals to expand your network and generate leads.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in high-end properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property acquisition, photography, and sales processes.
  • Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions.
