Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Baraka Prime is a fast-growing real estate company based in Nairobi, committed to delivering exceptional property solutions. We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome & assist clients
  • Manage calls, emails & bookings Support property documentation
  • Keep the office running smoothly

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree (Business/Admin or related)
  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • MS Office skills
  • Real estate experience? Bonus!
