Recovery Team Leader – Logbooks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead logbook debt recovery operations Manage classified loans & collections
  • Oversee vehicle, motorbike & Tuk Tuk recovery
  • Supervise recovery teams & service providers
  • Ensure compliance with policies & legal requirements
  • Prepare recovery & performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Banking
  • CCP or equivalent credit qualification
  • 5-8+ years’ debt recovery experience 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Knowledge of NTSA, collateral realization & vehicle repossession
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
