Job Description

Jubilee Insurance was established in August 1937, as the first locally incorporated Insurance Company based in Mombasa in 1937. Jubilee Insurance has spread its sphere of influence throughout the region to become the largest Composite insurer in East Africa, handling Life, Pensions, general and Medical insurance.

Regional Bancassurance Sales Managers

Requirements:

  • University degree from an institution recognized by Commission for Higher Education
  • AllK Diploma / CII Diploma or any insurance related qualification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage.
  • Sales and Marketing Skills
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team of sales representatives and agents towards achieving sales targets.
