Epiroc is your partner for mining and infrastructure equipment. We’re excited to build on proven expertise and performance with the same people and a bold new drive to make what’s good even better. Just like our name ‘Epiroc’ says, we want to be on top of things. Epiroc means “at or on rock,” coming from Greek and Latin roots. It reflects our core business, our proximity to customers and the strength of our partnerships

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with dealers and Epiroc in target markets to expand sales reach.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements are followed, maximizing revenue and leveraging opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to stay competitive and address challenges effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, customers, and the external sales team, to drive market strategies.
  • Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and assess the company’s competitive positioning across different markets.
  • Oversee the supply chain introduction for new sites, ensuring smooth and timely product delivery.
  • Manage regional budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure market pricing remains competitive.

Experience and requirements:

  • Proven track record in driving sales, market share growth, and establishing strong distribution networks across regions, particularly in Africa.
  • Experience in managing and supporting sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and working closely with leadership teams to influence product development and distribution channels.
  • Strong ability to develop customer relationships, manage sales pipelines, and support field activities like product launches and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in supply chain management, regional budgeting, and competitive market analysis.
  • Expertise in establishing and negotiating contracts with dealers and ensuring compliance to maximize revenue.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
