Job Description

KAPA is a leading manufacture of edible oils, margarine, baking powder, detergent powder such as toss, laundry and toilet soaps and glycerine.

Regional Elite Salesperson

We are looking for an elite salesperson with experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) who can drive growth, manage distributors, increase market influence and drive sales growth in assigned regions and product lines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Coach and motivate field sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
  • Create a high-performance culture that focuses on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key accounts and distributors.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and agreements in accordance with company policies.
  • Experience in building distributor networks and growing regional sales.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to logistics, service and accounting. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and customers.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Increase product penetration through strategic market coverage and route planning.
  • Support product launches, in-store positioning and promotion execution.
