Staff Network Solutions is a leading recruitment agency and HR consultancy firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. We specialize in providing a wide range of human resource solutions to businesses across diverse industries.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Region Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across key markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, building brand presence, and driving business growth in the region. This role requires relocation to South Africa, where you will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

  • Minimum Experience: Bachelor degree Business Administration, Management or similar field is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Senior Level
  • Experience length: 5 year

Responsibilities

  • To oversee and guide the team to implement the clients marketing strategies in the region;
  • To advise the client on the competitor’s activities and changing the business environment within the region;
  • To recruit, train, deploy, lead, supervise and monitor the team with the help of the Program Manager;
  • To draw rout plans for the team based on objectives set and coordinating the team to achieve high level of productivity;
  • To consolidate, analysis and present market report to the client, MD and Program Manager;
  • To ensure that the team has the necessary materials, merchandise and tools of trade to support their daily trade activities;
  • To Manager and review the performance of the team;
  • To carry out trade/market visits to ensure compliance of set standards and address prevailing market issues; and
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

  • Minimum of five (5) years of management and leadership experience;
  • A bachelor degree Business Administration, Management or similar field is preferred;
  • Experience in managing a sales team;
  • Experience in leading a team of between 50 – 100 personnel reporting directly to you;
  • Strong supervisory and relationship skills;
  • Ability to successfully lead, motivate, maintain and grow an effective team;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project management tools;
  • Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • IT literate;
  • Strong listening and questioning skills with acute attention to detail; and
  • A detailed and analytical approach to researching and analyzing opportunities to increase revenue.
