Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
