Requirements for appointment

• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Be a holder of a Diploma in Nursing from an institution recognized in Kenya;
• Be registered by Nursing Council of Kenya;
• Possess a valid Practicing License from Nursing Council of Kenya;
• Must be computer literate.

Duties and responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Intern shall be responsible to the employer and the supervisor for the following;

• Offering Nursing Services;
• Guiding and counseling patients, clients and staff on health matters;
• Referring patients and clients to appropriate health facilities;
• Coaching and mentoring students on attachment;
• Collecting and compiling data for research on nursing services matters;
• Any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Terms of service: one (1) year internship contract
