Reports To: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Market micro-credit products and appraise loan applications.
• Conduct client training and ensure proper loan documentation.
• Monitor loan disbursements and follow-ups.
• Maintain records and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in cooperative management, microfinance, or a business-re- lated field; a degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance, credit, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and credit management skills.
• Age: 25 years and above.
