Relationship Manager – Nairobi

Job Description

  • As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving sales excellence.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients.
  • Identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
  • Staying updated on industry trends to provide expert advice.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through innovative strategies.
  • Educating clients about Lifecare’s diverse insurance products.
  • Collaborating with Insurers and the internal team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in relationship management or sales within the insurance brokerage/ insurance sector. (At least 2 years)
  • Strong background in Health insurance, International Personal Medical Insurance.
  • Certification/s from COP, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and at least one additional international language is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of general and life insurance products.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
